In collaboration with ACE, MBC Group launched a heartwarming initiative aiming at helping young high schoolers acquire skills that would equip them to face the challenges of the future. March 21st was the start of ACE's beehive activity, supported by one of the most professional media companies in the Middle East.
MBC's Professional Preparation Programme (برنامج التهيئة المهنيّة) extends over six months, where around 100 young high-school males and females aged 17-20 follow an upskilling program instructed by ACE trainers.
The Professional Preparation program aims at:
Equipping high schoolers to enter university
Giving them the necessary skills to establish their own business
Giving them a head start in finding employment
The areas covered in the program are:
Improving English language skills
Improving behavioral and human skills
Improving technical and digital skills
